FAQ ...
What do I get for my money?
A personalised vellum certificate of registry, a detailed starmap showing your star, at least one and sometimes up to five maps showing the general location in the sky, (this depends upon the constellation chosen), an information sheet about your chosen constellation, a unique FREE star finder to help you to find your constellation and star, a set of informative generic charts showing all of the sky with details of how to use such charts, and an introductory letter. All carefully packed to protect the contents.

When will I get it?
We have to ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery, so order in plenty of time. Sometimes, if we have many requests all at the same time, our registered stocks become depleted and we have to order and send out to you direct from the Registry offices, and they are based abroad.

What don't I get?
We don't supply a frame for the certificate ... they are heavy to post and we have found that most people like to select their own. It is also a lot cheaper to buy your own!

Can I have any star that I fancy?
Generally speaking, the answer is no. Many stars are already named or have numbers, and the registry that we use ensures that we do not issue duplicates. However, there are many stars in the sky, and we only use stars that are visible with the naked eye, (assuming a clear night of course.)

Can I choose the constellation or birthsign that my star will feature in?
Yes you can. Select a constellation from the list below, or let us have your birthdate or birthsign and we will ensure that the right constellation is selected.

How do I get details to you?
You can email us at magick@nothingisforgotten.co.uk. We will need to know your chosen constellation, (or birthsign / birthdate), the new name for the star, the occasion, ('on the birth of your son' etc), any special message that you want added, (e.g. 'We will always remember you ...' or 'With love on your 40th wedding anniversary' etc), and whether or not you want the optional traditional motifs, (e.g. for Christmas, Weddings, Christenings, Retirement, Birthdays etc.), and whether or not you want the recipients full name to apear as well.
